Visit of His Majesty King Charles III to Bradford

His Majesty King Charles III

His Majesty The King will be visiting Bradford on Tuesday 8 November 2022 at lunchtime, as part of a two day visit to Yorkshire.

He will be greeted by the Lord-Lieutenant and the Lord Mayor of Bradford and will do a walkabout in Centenary Square before going in to City Hall for a reception with 30 young leaders from across the district.

The City of Bradford Brass Band and Punjabi Roots will play music as His Majesty arrives.

All are invited to come to Centenary Square to welcome the King to Bradford.

Road closures and changes to bus services

Please note: There will be some disruption in the city centre between approximately 11am and 3pm as some roads will need to be closed for security reasons. As a result some buses will be rerouted and the taxi rank at the back of City Hall will be closed.

Information about changes to bus services for the Royal visit can be found here
