Always wanted to write a novel, short story, journal or collection of poetry? Or maybe you just want to express yourself in words?

Bradford Libraries is pleased to be once again running its popular 10 week creative writing courses.

On these courses you will explore different writings styles and genre and will be guided with exercises and prompts. there will be the opportunity to receive feedback from your tutor and you will share your writing and ideas with the rest of the group. There will also be the chance to explore publishing opportunities (many of our past students have gone on to be published in one way or another).

The courses are ten weeks long and include a break for Christmas and New Year. Dates and times below -

Keighley Library - Tuesday 25th October - 5:30pm to 7:30pm

Ilkley Library - Friday 28th October - 4:30pm to 6:30pm

Bradford City Library - Saturday 29th October - 10:00am to 12:00 pm

Fees

£60 full fee

Some limited free spaces for people in receipt of benefits (including senior citizens who are no longer working and in receipt of Pension Credit).
