Bradford Council is developing the health visiting and school nursing service. These services are for children, young people and their families in the district. They are keen to find out what families would like from these services in the future.

If you are a parent/carer of a 0-5 year-old child and live in Bradford district they would really appreciate your help and support to complete this short survey.

The survey should only take about 10mins to complete and closes on Friday 10 June at 12noon. You can complete it online by clicking the button below.

Have your say on the new 10-year mental health plan

Have your say on the new 10-year mental health plan

The government is developing a new 10-year plan for mental health and wellbeing and is calling for evidence.

Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership is asking local people and partner organisations to share their views on improving mental health and wellbeing outcomes as part of the government’s commitment to ‘level up’ and address unequal outcomes and life chances across the country.

Can you help?

They would like  as many people as possible to complete the survey and are particularly keen to hear from the following people:

  • children and young people, adults, and older adults who have experienced mental ill-health
  • people who have cared for someone affected by mental ill-health
  • people who work or volunteer in health and social care services who support people with their mental health
  • people who work or volunteer in places where they meet people who are affected by mental ill-health (such as schools, job centres and housing associations)
  • academics and experts who work on mental health
