Starting 4th December 21, Tri Training with a qualified coach at Sedbergh Sports and Leisure Centre. This 60 minute coached sessions for advanced adult swimmers with a focus on stroke and skill improvement.
All sessions are 1 hour
The course is 12 weeks price £80.16 £64.20 BLC
