Coronavirus - Stay safe and make a plan with your tenants

Bradford Council has produced a couple of posters detailing steps that tenants and landlords can take to protect themselves and each other from the infection.  The posters also have key contact numbers for you and your tenants to use to access help from the Council should this be needed. 

General advice for people living in a shared house

Advice for people who share kitchens or bathrooms with other people (apart from their household)

We are sending these posters out to landlords or managers of houses in multiple occupation (HMO) and encourage everyone to put them up and share these posters with their tenants .

Universal Credit and Covid 19 – new information for landlords from the DWP 

The Department for Work and Pensions has published a new landlord engagement newsletter with information about Coronavirus (Covid 19) and how this may affect people claiming benefits -

Guidance for landlords around Gas Safety Checks

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have provided guidance for landlords in relation to gas safety checks.  This has been published by the Gas Safety Register
