Join in tonight's Clap For Carers
Please take part in the Clap For Carers tonight (16 April) at 8pm.
It's really easy to do:
- At 8pm - go to an open window, your balcony, patio, garden, doorstep, pavement outside your house or stop what you're doing at work.
- Clap, cheer, whistle, holler, bang your pots and pans, toot your tooter and make as much noise as possible to show your support for the NHS and key workers.
- It only needs to be for a couple of minutes
- Please make sure can you do this safely and stay at least 2 metres away from people you don't live with.
- Please DO NOT use sky lanterns
We would love to see your videos or photos
Please share your videos and photos on social media using the hashtag #TeamBradford
Do not use sky lanterns
Please do not use sky lanterns when showing your appreciation for the NHS and other key workers.
Sky lanterns are a danger to the environment and to wildlife, are a huge fire risk and could tie up valuable resources by causing a large scale incident.
