Learn to dance during the Easter break
Dance for Life are keeping you moving during the latter part of the Easter holidays with the launch of a free, online dance lesson. On Wednesday 15 April at 12.30pm, Dance For Life tutor Frankie, will demonstrate an easy, fun street dance tutorial. The video will be available to view via the Bradford Council YouTube Channel and Facebook page.
When you have perfected your routine, upload a video onto social media and include the following hashtags #DanceforLife #ExerciseAtHome so we can see your moves.
Rise to the challenge with this fun and energetic activity for children and adults alike, whilst staying safe at home.

Stay safe while out for exercise
Please follow the Government’s advice when leaving your home for exercise. It is fine to walk on paths and bridleways during exercise outside, as long as people observe the 2 metre rule for staying a safe distance apart.
