Have your say
Short Breaks survey
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (BMDC) has a statutory duty to make a range of short break services available to meet the needs of disabled children and young people to enable their parents and carers to receive a break from caring.
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation some of the Short Break services we provide are not currently available. We are taking this time to review these services to ensure they meet needs and are asking for your help to understand the following:
- Which Short Breaks are being accessed and therefore demand of each type
- Are these meeting needs
- Barriers to accessing Short Breaks
We have compiled a survey that is anonymous and your response is important to shape future services. Please take the time to complete this survey.
Child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS) survey
As you may be aware, in November 2019 we commenced a review of children and young people’s mental health services. We are committed to completing the review and gaining as many people’s views as possible to inform the future direction of services across the Bradford and Craven area.
If you, your family or anyone you have contact with have experience of accessing or trying to access children and young people’s mental health services in Bradford and Craven, either as a child, young person, parent, carer or professional, we would really welcome your views on your experiences and how we can improve services.
A number of surveys have been produced and we would appreciate you taking the time to have your say. Please complete the relevant survey by Friday 10th April 2020
