The last walk of the year & an opportunity to enjoy the reserve with a relaxed mixture of festive music & refreshments.

 Christingle Service
Sat 15 Dec 4pm-5pm - Bradford Cathedral
All ages are welcome to share the joy of making a Christingle, singing carols & entering into the story of the original Christmas. The ‘Christingle’, is a lighted candle mounted in an orange.

Carol Service on a Steam Train
Sat 15 Dec 7pm - Keighley & Worth Valley Railway
Travel by steam train accompanied by Hall Royd Brass Band, with carols, the Christmas story & prayers. A real ale bar on the train & pie & peas at Keighley.

 Nine Lessons and Carols at Bradford Cathedral
Sun 16 Dec 4pm - Bradford Cathedral
The story takes you from the Fall of Man, through the Promise of the Messiah, to the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem.
Traditional carols by the Cathedral Choir, and sing all of the Christmas favourites.

Inspired by the life of P. T. Barnum, film charts one man’s rise from nothing to create a circus spectacle that would become a worldwide sensation.

Meet at West Royd Rd junction West Royd Ave for a walk to Windhill Park for carols and lights, finishing at Windhill Community Centre for food & refreshments
