Early Help Practitioner - Bedford Borough Council
Salary: £27,344 - £30,151
Contract: 37 hours per week, fixed term

The Adolescent Response Team is recruiting an Early Help Practitioner to provide structured support and intervention to support young people and their families overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.
Experience of direct work with young people and their families is required. Experience of working with teenagers will be advantageous.
