Electoral Services Officer - Bedford Borough Council 

Contract: Full time, 37 hours per week   

Salary: £25,419 - £28,226  

Closing Date: 5th June 2022

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Electoral Services Team at Bedford Borough Council.

 

This role is for someone who wants to hit the ground running and be part of a busy environment where preparations are underway for Mayoral, Borough and Parish Elections in May 2023. This planning is taking place alongside a Polling District and Place review so there is an opportunity to get out and about in Bedford to understand the geographical layout of the area and work in consultation with officers, councillors and electors to establish new polling places following a Boundary Review and to be at the heart of preparations for a very demanding but rewarding delivery of the elections for 2023 and beyond.
