Customer Service Advisor (x6) - bpha

Contract: Full time permanent   

Salary: £21,000 

Closing Date: 30th March 2022

Due to internal promotions bpha have permanent and temporary opportunities to join their  busy team. We’re seeking full time Customer Communication Centre Advisors to respond to and manage all related customer communications into the Customer Communications Centre. 

 

Your main responsibilities will include telephone calls, emails, webchat, social media and other requests for information and assistance from bpha’s customers and stakeholders in order to provide a great customer service.
