Citizens Advice Bedford is looking for a highly motivated Service Delivery Manager to lead our team of dedicated staff and volunteers while continuing to develop our range of services for our clients. You will be responsible for the delivery and future development of our projects and services as well as providing leadership to the team delivering those services to clients.
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be able to demonstrate experience of project management and a proven ability to manage people. You will be resourceful and highly organised – someone who embraces change and new challenges..
