COVID-19 Weekly Snapshot
This week's snapshot shows that 670 COVID-19 cases were found in the week ending 31 January. This is a decrease from the week before but still equates to nearly 100 people testing positive every day.
Sadly, the full snapshot (available on our website) also shows 33 deaths.
Remember if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or are asked to self-isolate, you must do so for the full allocated time. You may not test positive or show symptoms straight away, but you could still be infectious and spread the virus to others, as it can take 10 days to develop the symptoms.
You can find out more about self-isolation on the NHS website.
These are the figures for neighbouring areas:
Luton- 916 cases and 40 deaths
Central Beds- 704 cases and 42 deaths
