A gentle floor based Yoga session with Mindfulness for a mid-week relaxation. Take an opportunity after work and before bed to practice some self-care and enjoy a free beginner yoga class every Wednesday evening from 7.30-8.30.
The movements are progressed and refreshed every 6 weeks but feel free to join at any point. To visit the session and find out more about all the activites that are really easy to access from home just visit www.bedfordsportlive.crd.co .

The beginner yoga for 13-18 years olds now takes place on Zoom from 4-5.30pm every Thursday. Take part for as little or a long as you like. Take the opportunity to relax and undertake some mindful breathing exercises.
