Stay Sun Safe

It's getting hot this weekend with highs of over 30 degrees expected.

In this heat, the biggest health risks are dehydration, overheating, heatstroke and heat exhaustion. These conditions are preventable, please stay safe in the sun.

Look out for older people & those who may find it more difficult to stay cool & hydrated in hot weather.

If you or others feel unwell, get dizzy, weak, anxious or have intense thirst move to a cool place, rehydrate and cool your body down.

Visit the NHS website for advice on how to cope in hot weather.
