The Sports Development Team continue to offer a range of live online fitness classes to keep residents moving and promote wellbeing whilst at home.
New classes are being added each week. A chair-based dance class starts this Friday at 11.30am

We are currently living in unprecedented times and feelings of depression, stress & anxiety can be particularly hard to deal with, all of us are worried about coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it will affect us and those we love, but there is help and support available , see links below
Noah Academy are hosting an online course, which will be focusing on combating feelings of stress and anxiety over isolation during this COVID-19 quarantine period. Courses are being run using an online website, therefore learners must have access to a phone, smartphone, tablet or laptop and an email account. Start date for the next course is Monday 27th April. If so, Mind has created a guide specifically for young people who might feel overwhelmed, sad or confused by the coronavirus outbreak. The changing situation can be stressful, particularly with the closure of schools and big changes to our everyday lives. ChildLine also have some useful tips for managing your anxiety.
