The National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP) has opened its recruitment drive for a new cohort and this time Bedford Borough Council will aim to recruit two management trainees from graduates that live, work or study within the Borough. 

 

Management trainees are employed on a 2 year fixed term contract with a starting salary of £25,295 and undertake a range of key strategic and important operational projects across the Council while working towards a fully funded post-graduate qualification in leadership and management. 

 

To be eligible the participants must:

·       Have obtained a 2:2 undergraduate degree or higher by end of July 2020

·       Live, work or study within the boundary of Bedford Borough Council

·       Have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
