An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our Customer Service Centre in the role of Customer Service Officer. You will be passionate about customer service excellence and able to provide an accurate and efficient advisory service resolving enquiries for a diverse range of customers in the Borough of Bedford regarding a wide range of Council and partner services. You will be motivated as part of the team to meet our key performance indicators of service.
