Mental Health First Aid Workshop

We know that mental health problems can isolate people from the world and can be very difficult to talk about. Through specialist mental health awareness training and mental health first aid we want to make sports clubs, leisure centres and physical activity sessions places where people suffering from mental health issues can feel comfortable asking for help and advice.

28th Bedford Junior Aquathlon - Sunday 6th October

The Bedford Junior Aquathlon is a continuous swimming and running event for children in school years 3 to 11 (with variation of lengths and laps according to age) and will take place on Sunday 6th October 2019 at Robinson Pool in Bedford Park.Registration in the Robinson Pool cafe from 9:45am (depending on School Year)

 

This exciting opportunity only costs £8!

Autism Bedfordshire - 5 week Tennis Course

Autism Bedford

Autism Bedfordshire is teaming up with Riverside Tennis club to provide a 5 week course of tennis sessions. no previous experience is necessary. All equipment will be provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer.

 

The first session is on Sunday 15th September between 3.45pm - 4.45pm
