This Weekend - Activities for Women and Girls!

Bedford Parks Tennis League

Compete! Improve! Repeat! If you would like to play more singles or want to test yourself against others, try your local league!  Open to men and women of all standards, the Bedford Parks Tennis League is a great way to meet new people to play and to see yourself improve! Players arrange their own matches at a mutually convenient time and can use any court which suits them both.Enter here by Monday 29 April. The next round runs from 2 May to 26 June.

Bedford junior parkrun takes place every Sunday (whatever the weather) in Jubilee Park in Bedford (meet near the Skate Park )   The run starts at 9am but we ask runners to be there by 8:50am for the pre-run briefing and a short warm up   If you are accompanying your child to the run and would like to help us by volunteering please email
