We are seeking someone with the right stuff to become part of a fast growing B2B SaaS company based in Bedford.

Our product is in a really exciting sector in B2B software - industry specific CRM systems. We serve the UK asset and automotive finance sector with a best-in-class solution built on a world class database platform. We are a young company, started by an industry expert, who have completed the development phases and are now entering the growth phase. It’s time to build the team - could you be part of our success story?

Keen to provide support to all aspects of our business, while operating in a manner aligned with our corporate ethos of honesty, integrity and respect. You will join the customer service/implementation team. Day to day duties will include:

Answering customer support tickets
Creating and managing customer documentation on our platform
Writing online user guides
Studying for your Specialist Asset Finance certification
