Great Bedfordians Gallery

This year will mark the 100th anniversary of Polish Independence. To celebrate this, the museum will exhibit artefacts, photographs and a film to present the shared stories of Bedford's Polish community, many of whom settled following the Second World War. Explore their memories of early life in Poland, their experiences of migration, journeys to Britain and life after settling in Bedford.
Working in partnership with the Polish British Integration Centre (PBIC) and the Heritage Lottery Fund.
