An array of local sporting heroes gathered at the Bedford Corn Exchange on Monday 11 December, to celebrate their success and dedication over the past year at the annual Bedford Sports Awards.

The event, organised by Bedford Borough Council, recognises the numerous and varied achievements of individuals and groups performing in local sports.

From January 2018 Bedford Borough Council’s Reactive 8 and Reactive 8 Gold programmes will be relaunching as ‘Active Adults’. We will still be offering all your favourite courses, alongside a range of ‘pay as you go' courses within an expanded ‘Just Turn Up’ programme.
