The East of England Ambulance Service is looking for a Patient Experience Administrator to provide administrative support and assistance to members of the team. The post holder will be responsible for answering the telephone, and receiving and recording messages ensuring the appropriate system is used.

The role involves a focus on the administrative aspects of the complaints process, including data entry for the administrative process for the reporting of lost property, compliments and incidents.
