In this challenging role, you will provide administrative support across the business, customer queries, general filling and photocopying and some health and safety monitoring
Your duties will include but not be limited to: • Answering the Incoming calls and emails • Booking both Sales and Engineering appointments • Payroll/HR/ Holiday forms etc • General Admin inc. Ordering materials, Schedule works, Time sheets & invoicing • Accounts incl. Purchase ledger & Sales Ledger • Chasing outstanding invoices • Sales Support; quotes, typing up more complex proposals • Instrumental in developing business systems and procedures • Respond to Company needs, as role and team grow
Qualifications/skills required: • Previous experience of working for a manufacturing/installation & service company • Solid administrative skills • Strong communication skills verbal & written • At least 5 GCSEs from A-C – 2 of which must be English and Maths • Good IT / computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook • Previous experience of Purchase/Sales ledger • Take pride in their work and have a professional approach to it. • Have a full clean driving licence • Ability to meet deadlines and manage your time effectively

The role is for a multi skilled engineer, working on site mainly. Installation, servicing, repair of automated gates and access control systems.
Qualifications/skills required: • Experience installing on site, working on own initiative • Be able to work from technical drawings. • Preferred to have a mechanical and electrical background • Experienced in site welding. • Take pride in their work and have a professional approach to it. • Have a full clean driving licence • It is desirable to have served an apprenticeship or equivalent qualification but not essential. • Ability to meet deadlines and manage your time effectively

Full-time | Electrical Engineer / Electrician | The Gate Installation Company Ltd.
The role is for an Electrical Engineer, working on site mainly. Installation, servicing, repair of automated gates and access control systems.
Qualifications/skills required: • City and Guild 2382 -17th edition City and Guilds 2377 • Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Testing, City & Guilds 2391 – • Electrical Installations (or 2395) • Experience installing on site, working on own initiative • Be able to work from technical drawings. • Fault finding on electrical installations • Carry out installation work; must be familiar with installation of all types of containment and wiring types • Experienced in carrying out all the necessary tests / inspections of the electrical installation and be able to complete necessary certification • Working via Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule / attending reactive callouts, both in and out of hours / carrying our Service _ Minor Work Projects / assist in commissioning systems / repairing or reporting faults / effective communications between customers and the HO Administration team • To carry out PPM's, in accordance to the Current British Standards / Manufactures recommendations • To attend reactive callouts, both in and out of hours, so as to remedy the fault on a first fix bases / effectively communicate to the Service Manager and/or Engineering Manager, equipment/solution required to fix • To assist in the installation of electrical systems • Commission electrical systems • Produce dilapidation / British Standard variation _ deviation reports, in line with Project Compliance, so as to increase the revenue of the Contract • Take pride in their work and have a professional approach to it. • Have a full clean driving licence • Ability to meet deadlines and manage your time effectively

Duties: To provide support for Children and Young People
with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour by helping them develop
the day-to-day skills they need when they leave care. To take instruction from
