Full and part-time positions | Residential Children’s Support Worker | Orchard House, Pathways

Duties: To provide support for Children and Young People with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour by helping them develop the day-to-day skills they need when they leave care. To take instruction from the Home Manager and support them in ensuring that outstanding care is being provided. To follow all support plans and risk assessments and have a positive attitude and be a good role model to the young people.

Qualifications & Skills Required: No experience required. Full training will be provided to successful candidates – NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young people.

Working Hours: Rota Basis

7am – 2:30pm and 2pm – 10pm

Salary: £16,200 with the opportunity for overtime
