Full-time | Mechanical Technician | Bourns Limited 

Looking for a proactive mechanical technician with some past college / apprenticeship experience who is looking to develop their skills and demonstrate their capabilities within a reactive and initiative-driven role. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a planned and responsive support service to ensure continuity of site services to contribute to the continued future success of the business. 

Skills and Experience required: 

• Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering 
• Have completed an apprenticeship of similar training 
• Flexible approach to work and multi-tasking as required 
• Good communication skills and IT literate 
• Ability to liaise with and sometimes negotiate with external providers 
• Basic PC knowledge e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook 
• Ability to work effectively in a team 
• Clean driving licence 
• Willing to work 6 week rotating work pattern; 42 hours/week as part of a team covering 24/7, 365 days a year 

Salary: c.£25k depending on experience + an excellent benefits package

Looking for an individual with a proven track record of employer/learner engagement who is able to encompass and maximise opportunity for growth.The role will include sourcing new employers and identifying scope for joint working. You will have a strong business background including excellent customer service skills. Based in Ampthill and working across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and on occasion Norwich the role is diverse in terms of client groups and their employer engagement requirements.

Full-time | IT Coordinator | Develop EPB

Develop specialise in the brokerage, delivery and management of programmes to support learners of all ages and abilities. Currently recruiting an IT Coordinator to support the Company acting as a single point of contact to respond to IT related queries and play a key role in our IT development including website management.

Based in Ampthill and working across 3 sites in Bedfordshire with occasional travel to Norwich, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record of IT application who is able to adapt and fully maximise the use of systems assisting a company to run effectively.  

You will have a relevant support background/experience including application of software and management of IT infrastructure together with working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Windows 7 Pro and some basic knowledge of MS Server 2008/12.
