 An interim injunction has been granted against a teenager to protect members of the public, residents and local business’ in Bolsover.
The decision follows a hearing at the Youth Court in Derby on Friday (28th November) attended by the 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
9 plots are well underway at Alder Close in Shirebook.
Once complete, the development will have 2 3-bed semis, 2 2-bed semis, 2 1-bed semis and 3 1-bed terraced homes.

A Shirebrook resident has paid a £300 fixed penalty notice for fly tipping.
An Enforcement Officer came across the waste on patrol which had been dumped in a car park on Ashbourne Street. An investigation was launched by Environmental Health and the offender was identified.

Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service (DFRS) is asking communities of Derbyshire to take part in a consultation around its current Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP), known as ‘Our Plan’, and its budget proposals for the next financial year (2026-2027).
As part of the seven-week consultation, the Service is seeking views on whether ‘Our Plan’ continues to address community risks as it proposes to extend the plan by a year, as well as comments on the supporting Annual Delivery Plan 2026-2027.
