An organisation that has been going for 24 years is still going strong and is about to launch a new service.
Bolsover Woodlands Enterprise manages and protects woodlands in Derbyshire whilst providing opportunities for adults who have a learning disability.
They invited us to their premises to see what they were doing and told us about their new service.

The Council recently staged a painting competition in local schools where the winners creations would be displayed in all their glory on large banners.
The winners of our woodlands painting competition will now get to see their artwork displayed across the district.
Eleven children, aged from four to 11 years old, were chosen from over 200 entries and visited print solutions company Banner Box, who will turn their paintings into banners that will be displayed at various locations in the area.

Renowned historian, archaeologist and broadcaster Simon Elliott is doing a talk about the Roman 9th Legion in Creswell.
Simon’s love for the Roman era began as a young child when he was given a crayon and he drew his first Roman Chariot.
He believes there is an untold story of the Romans in the area and we asked him what his plans for the future are.

A very wet and windy day could not put off the near 900 runners who braved the conditions and took part in this year’s Clowne Half Marathon.
The undulating 13.1 mile course is considered to be one of the toughest in the region, starting and finishing in Clowne. Everyone who took part in the race received one of the special hoodies and we sent our cameras down to cover the event and speak to the winners.
