Join the Pinxton Warm Hub and not only could you enjoy a hot meal and socialise with friends, but you could get active (and maybe even a little competitive) by taking part in a number of sports activities.

In this issue we are focusing on MK Dance from Barlborough.

Melanie Bradford had been running the group for 25-years and aims to challenge the stereotypes associated with dance and create a warm, welcoming and safe place for anyone of any age to experience different styles of dance and explore how dance can help with expressing emotions.

In each issue we will include an image that showcases some of the leisure and recreational facilties and activities we have across Bolsover District.

This first one is of two young boys enjoying the equipment at Vale Park in Carr Vale. There are parks and recreation grounds in every corner of our district so why not go out, take the kids (or grandkids) and enjoy the facilities.
