We were one of the first to be inspected by the Regulator of Social Housing for our compliance with new Consumer Standards and have been graded C2. (C1 is the highest achievable level with C4 the lowest.)
The inspection took place in May and the judgement document stated that we have appropriate systems in place to manage our health and safety responsibilities, respond to complaints promptly and offer tenancies which are compatible with the needs of individual households and sustainability of the community.
In this week's episode we look at what help local community and voluntary groups can get, local people’s views are wanted on a PSPO for Bolsover and Hillstown, a fashion show is being held in Glapwell and a brand new Chit Chat club has been launched in Langwith and Whaley Thorns.
