A £100 Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) has been paid for a littering offence in Bolsover.
During a routine patrol of the District, one of our Enforcement Officers witnessed a person throw their chewing gum on the floor at Morrisons car park in Bolsover.
Littering FPNs are currently set at £150 paid within 14-days, or at a lower rate of £100 if paid within 10-days.

Council and Unison leaders joined together recently as they launched their Learning Charter.
We have committed to the Charter which is an agreement between both the authorities and Dragonfly Development staff, and Unison to support employee development.
The agreement has a number of commitments including:
- Fully supporting the role of the Unison Learning Rep and work with Trade Unions to help recruit and support them.
- Providing paid time-off to attend training during normal working hours.
- A close partnership with the Trade Unions to support the learning and development of the workforce.
