We are continuing to invest in our properties after we recently agreed to spend £4million on a new roofing replacement contract.
Our Executive agreed to let the contract to Bluelines Roofing who will undertake roofing replacement and repair works on our existing housing stock across the District, starting in April 2023.
We manage over 5,000 properties and the contract will run for four-years, seeing roofs replaced, along with soffits and facia where necessary.

For the next chapter of our feature Unearthed at Creswell Crags we take a look at something very special indeed.
Dr Angharad Jones showed us a Woolly Rhinoceros tooth which is around 40,000 years old and was found in Pin Hole Cave at Creswell Crags.
The Woolly Rhino is related to the rhinos we see today but is a different species and sported a thick woolly coat to keep warm in Ice Age conditions.

And they have hired a former beauty apprentice who has been making the most of learning from the best.
