Towns and villages up and down the district have marked this year's Remembrance Day with their own poppy creations.
From cascades on pub walls to canopies in gate ways, Bolsover District has really shown a wonderful community spirit for today and this Sunday's acts of remembrance.
There will be services taking place on Sunday 13 November throughout the district so please be patient if you need to travel as there will be some road closures in place.

Bolsover District councillors have wholeheartedly agreed to establish a wholly owned development company, following the collapse of their preferred contractor Woodhead Construction.
At a Special Council meeting on Wednesday 2 November 2022, members heard proposals that the new company would ‘provide a shareholder return on investment whilst delivering wider social and economic benefits to communities’. We spoke to Council Leader, Cllr Steve Fritchley and Dragonfly Development CEO, Grant Galloway about the plans.
