It is with great sadness that we hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Everyone at Bolsover District Council extends their sympathies to the Royal Family and the nation at this time of sorrow.
We will be flying our flags at half-mast as a mark of respect during the period of mourning.
There will be books of condolence available for people to sign in our four contact centres in Bolsover, Clowne, Shirebrook and South Normanton. Flowers can be laid in remembrance outside our headquarters at The Arc in Clowne. An online book of condolence is available at https://www.royal.uk/
The Chair and Leader of Bolsover District Council have lead tributes by laying flowers at The Arc.

Chairman of Bolsover District Council, Councillor Tom Munro, Leader of the Council Councillor Steve Fritchley and Director Karen Hanson led tributes at The Arc, Clowne by laying flowers in memory of Queen Elizabeth II.
You are welcome to come and lay your own wreaths or bouquets in the same place. A bin has been provided for your plastic flower wrapping to be disposed of and the tributes will be maintained by our staff throughout the official mourning period.
