Dave from Alfreton pottery will be on hand to help create some royal-tastic ceramics. Drop off your kids and have some fun!

Enjoy a relaxing stroll around the village of Whitwell, taking in the sights and interesting features of the area before heading up to the Tarmac quarry top to see the official beacon being lit.

Bring a picnic (no alcohol please), blankets and umbrellas just in case!

Tickets are free but must be booked in advance from BRAG snack bar at Blackwell Community Centre. There will be a BBQ and ice cream van on the night.
