1 to 30 June
Take part in the Wildlife Trust's 30 Days Wild challenge this month.
Do one wild thing every day throughout June to get back in touch with nature and spend some all important time outside.
You can take part as an individual, family, workplace, care home or organisation. Just order your pack and get started.
If you missed No Mow May then why not try leaving your garden to bloom in June.
Join Planet Neutral's initiative to leave wildflowers and plants to grow without mowing or pruning this month and help encourage bees and other wildlife to thrive.

We all do it, we reach for the remote control and press 'standby' when we've had enough of the TV for the day.
So for this week's suggestion of how to do something differently to help the environment, why not try and get into the habit of turning it off completely? Either on the TV itself or at the plug. And while you're at it, do the same with everything else you leave on standby as well.
This practice might not seem like a lot but it could help you to reduce your energy usage which is not only good for the environment but good for your pocket as well!
