Call for Sites launched in Bassetlaw
Bassetlaw District Council has launched a Call for Sites to help inform its new Local Plan. Landowners, developers, businesses and organisations can suggest land for future uses including housing, business, renewable energy, community facilities, nature recovery and open space.
The six-week consultation opened on 3 September 2026. Submitting a site does not guarantee planning permission or inclusion in the Local Plan.

Start & Sustain offers fully funded help for aspiring entrepreneurs and businesses trading for less than two years across Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
The £1.4 million EMCCA-funded programme, delivered by East Midlands Chamber, provides webinars, helplines and personalised advice on planning, finance, marketing, sales and growth.
