Audits typically involve a one- to three-day site to review energy usage assets, and gas/electric consumption pattern (as well as fuel consumption for businesses with a large fleet of vehicles)

- the opportunity to sign up for a year's free licence to the Zellar sustainability platform

STEP Programme – Business lunch event
 If you are a local business and would like to find out more about the need for fusion, want updates and the opportunity to ask any questions relating to the STEP Programme at West Burton then we would welcome you to attend our forthcoming business lunch to be held in the world’s first Fusion Energy Café in Worksop.
STEP Site Stakeholder Manager, Katy Jarvis Morgan will deliver a short presentation and be on hand for a question-and-answer session, with time for networking over a buffet lunch with Bassetlaw District Council and UKAEA colleagues also. If you are interested in being involved in the supply chain for the STEP Programme, this would be an ideal moment to also register your interest in being involved.

UK company size thresholds to increase
From April 2025, the company size thresholds for micro, small and medium-sized businesses will increase. The Government estimates that the increase will result in around 113,000 companies and LLPs moving from the small to micro-entity category and therefore benefiting from a reduction in reporting and audit requirements.

Tender for Town Centre Public Realm
The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of works in respect of the execution of a range of one-off public realm works across Retford and Worksop town centres. Most of the requested works focus on the replacement and installation of various items of street furniture (Retford and Worksop), alongside repainting of numerous items of other furniture (specific to Retford).
