We have partnered up with Abbvie to provide an improvement programme to support the implementation of shared decision making in blood cancers. Beginning on 14 July, we currently have space for 2 more teams to join us.
Each team has space for up to 10 people, but should include: a project lead, a patient lead, and an executive sponsor.

This programme is designed by QI medical leaders for medical colleagues and will provide the key elements of Quality Improvement.
Working with our team of expert improvement advisors, participants will be introduced to a toolkit of QI skills and knowledge to develop and manage improvement projects. Participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from the experiences and insight offered from medical improvement leaders in practice.

This includes working from a positive, strength-based and asset-based standpoint to improve health and care.
We will help you understand and implement the principles and practices of Appreciative Inquiry (AI). You will also explore the opportunities for using AI for quality and safety improvement and leadership development.
