The Education service is running their Parental Involvement Census for primary schools in Angus. All parents and carers with a child or children in a primary school are invited to share their views on current and future involvement and engagement with your child’s school. This information is used to support school and local authority improvement planning.
If you have not had the opportunity to complete the survey, you can do so by Monday 10 March. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

Teen Mental Health campaign
The Parent Club ‘Teen Mental Health’ activity launched this week. Aimed at parents and carers of children in S2-S4 across Scotland, the campaign helps parents navigate the changing and sometimes challenging relationships with their teenage children.
Being a teenager isn’t easy. On top of the everyday issues like social media, peer pressure, school worries - many teens feel isolated, anxious and withdrawn.
The campaign offers advice and ideas on how parents can better understand the issues their teens face and how they can support them, covering everything from how to help their teen if they are struggling with anxiety, moods, school and exams to friendships, relationships, body image, social media and mental health.
