Crimestoppers sextortion campaign helps protect young people from harmful sextortion
Do you know what Sextortion is? Sextortion is a developing threat and a relatively new form of online blackmail. It’s where criminals threaten to share nude or semi-nude photographs of their victim if money isn’t paid or the victim fails to comply with some other harmful demand. The image may be a real photo taken by the victim or a fake image that the criminal has created to pursue blackmail.
The Fearless campaign has information for young people but also information for adults who look after or work with young people.

Wear your seatbelt on every journey
Road Safety Scotland's Seatbelt campaign is warning drivers that not wearing a seatbelt could cost them their lives and have a devastating impact on their loved ones they leave behind.
Wearing your seatbelt is not a choice, it's the law, and if you're caught without one you will be fined up to £500. As a driver it's also your responsibility to ensure all passengers under 14 are wearing their seatbelts, or you could face additional fines.
