We're going to be on the TV!

We’re very excited to see our new fostering advert on STV tonight (Friday 1 April). You can catch it after Emmerdale at 7.59pm and also after Coronation Street at 8.30pm!

The advert, which will run for the next two months, is part of our continued campaign to promote the urgent need for foster carers in Angus and includes investment from STV’s Growth Fund.

Big thank you to the carers (and staff) who took part – you’re fantastic!

Next fostering and adoption information session

Did you miss our last information session? Don’t worry the next one is on Tuesday 26 April. It’s all online and you've a choice of three sessions 10-12 noon, 2-4pm or 6-8pm. Come along to find out:

a bit about what fostering or adoption means
the steps involved to becoming a carer or adoptive parent
the support available.

You’ll also get to hear from some of our foster carers and adoptive parents about their journey and a chance to ask any questions (if you have any).

Collecting for the people in Ukraine

Workers in our carer support and localities team in Arbroath recently had a collection for the people in Ukraine. It went off to a local church (they were managing the consignment) before heading on to Ukraine.
