Buy, Sell or Trade Bikes and Gear
Calling cyclists of all ages! The Woodlands Township will host a Bike Swap on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon at Northshore Park (2505 Lake Woodlands Drive). This one-day event is a great opportunity to buy, sell or trade bikes and bike parts while connecting with fellow cycling enthusiasts. Browse vendors offering bikes and accessories, explore the swap corral to trade out your ride and take advantage of educational resources on site. Whether you are upgrading your gear or clearing out your garage, there is something for every cyclist.
Family Fun and Outdoor Entertainment
Join us on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Northshore Park (2505 Lake Woodlands Drive) for Sunset Cinema featuring How to Train Your Dragon (2025). Pre-movie activities begin at 7:30 p.m., followed by the movie starting at 8:30 p.m. Enjoy family-friendly activities, connect with local wildlife partners and learn about native snakes with Nathan Wells of Snakes of The Woodlands. Karizzma Pizza Napoletana will be on site with food available for purchase. Bring blankets, chairs and coolers for a relaxing evening under the stars. No glass containers permitted.
 Design Landscape You Can Enjoy Year-round
Join us for the first summer session of Golden Hour Gardening on Friday, June 19 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at The Woodlands Township Town Hall (2801 Technology Forest Blvd). Landscape designer and author Cherie Foster Colburn will share how to create a functional outdoor space you can enjoy day and night, including tips for reducing mosquitoes and making your yard more comfortable for family use. Additional sessions are planned for July 17 and August 21.
 Free Seeds to Grow at Home
Grow your own garden with the new Seed Library at The Woodlands Township Town Hall (2801 Technology Forest Blvd.), where residents can pick up free seed packets and access resources for planting, growing and seed saving. Visitors can select up to three seed packets per visit, with options changing throughout the year and are encouraged to return seeds from their harvest to support the program. The Seed Library is open during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
