Promising a morning of adrenaline, achievement and unforgettable moments, The Woodlands Triathlon returns for its 20th Anniversary!

REGISTRATION
The Woodlands Triathlon is recognized as one of the premier multi-sport events in the region. This annual USA Triathlon (USAT) sanctioned race offers a scenic course, top-tier race management, and a welcoming environment for athletes of all skill levels—from first-time participants to nationally ranked competitors.
This milestone event, produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department, will feature a field of 800 athletes, showcasing the spirit of competition, community and endurance. Participants will conclude their race-day experience with a lively post-race awards celebration featuring live music, food, beverages and more.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of one of the region’s most anticipated multi-sport events! Early registration is strongly encouraged as the event is expected to sell out. All registered athletes will receive a participant shirt, race bib, swim cap, timing chip and finisher medal.
 Participants are invited to prepare for race day with two essential pre-race opportunities: Open Water Swim Day and First Timer’s Clinic.
OPEN WATER SWIM DAY
Athletes can practice swimming the 500-meter triathlon course during this designated session. Safety will be supported by Red Cross Certified Lifeguards and The Woodlands Fire Department. No formal instruction will be provided.

FIRST TIMER’S CLINIC: RACE REVIEW & OPEN WATER SWIM PRACTICE
This clinic offers valuable instruction for beginners, including swim-bike-run transitions, course maps, race-day checklists and hands-on swim practice by instructor Sandra Sutherland, an IM & USAT Certified Coach.
