 Township Survey
The Woodlands Township has partnered with Great Lakes Marketing Research to survey residents on their views of Township services. This important survey helps guide planning and budgeting, and it’s being mailed to over 7,000 randomly selected households in The Woodlands.
If your household receives the survey and you’re 18 or older, please take a few moments to participate—your input makes a difference! You can complete the survey online (see instructions in the mailed packet), mail it back, or take it over the phone. We encourage you to use the online option for quicker feedback. All responses are anonymous.

In this November/December issue of The Woodlands Community Magazine, we’re wrapping up the year with a celebration of community spirit and holiday happenings. Inside, you’ll find details on local holiday events, including the annual Lighting of the Doves, Glow and Go, festive markets and holiday adventures at the Recreation Centers, Boat Houses and Texas TreeVentures! Plus, get inspired with tips on sustainable gift-giving, winter gardening and ways to lend a helping hand through our volunteer initiatives.
 Caring with Caution
The Woodlands Township is proud to partner with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Interfaith of The Woodlands, Hope Beyond Bridges and Compassion United to address panhandling with care and safety. While some panhandlers may need immediate assistance, others may be part of organized activities. To keep our community safer, please report any concerning behavior to local law enforcement. Instead of cash, think about offering a snack or bottled water to help those in need. Connecting people with local services like Interfaith of The Woodlands can make a real difference. Together, we can build a safer, kinder community for everyone.

Maintaining a tidy yard is a great way to keep the neighborhood looking beautiful and welcoming. Regularly mowing the lawn, raking leaves, and keeping clutter out of sight can make a big difference in how a property—and the whole street—feels.
Offering to help friends and neighbors with heavier seasonal chores, like raking leaves or clearing debris from street gutters, is a wonderful way to show kindness, especially for elderly or disabled neighbors who may need a hand.
A little effort goes a long way in creating a clean, inviting, and supportive community!
