The Quad Agency Child Care Initiative Commission has received input from stakeholders regarding potential conflicts between the Texas Health and Human Services Commission’s (HHSC) Child Care Regulation (CCR) Minimum Standards and the Texas Workforce Commission’s (TWC) Texas Rising Star parameters.

As a valued stakeholder, your input is critical to our continuous improvement. We invite you to notify us if you identify a potential conflict between CCR Minimum Standards and Texas Rising Star standards. Please send your feedback to both CCR and TWC via the following emails:

Please include the details of the potential conflict and any supporting documentation that may aid the review process. We will continue to review all input we receive as we work towards a resolution.
