Direct Deposit is a fast, easy, and secure way to get your unemployment benefits payments. TWC offers direct deposit as one of the payment methods for customers receiving benefits.

When you set up direct deposit, TWC will deposit your benefit payments directly into your checking or savings account. We support direct deposit to most U.S.-based banks and credit unions. It is the fastest and most convenient way to receive your benefit payments, allowing you quicker access to your funds.

If you are not already set up for direct deposit, you can change your payment method to direct deposit online or by phone:

• Log on to UBS, our online Unemployment Benefits Services program, and select Payment Option from the Quick Links menu, or
• Call Tele-Serv, our 24/7 phone system, at 800-558-8321, select option 5
