New Resources Coming Soon: New System Credentialing Process: A new authentication process will be implemented when TxUS goes live in 2026. You will need to create a new user ID, password, and security questions within the TxUS system. This applies to both individual employers and those represented by third-party administrators (TPAs) or Agents. Further details will be provided in the coming months. Training: TWC will provide instructional videos and job aids on using TxUS. These will cover topics such as filing reports, making payments, changing addresses, creating agent accounts, and registering as a new employer. The videos and job aides will be available before Go Live on the TWC website Texas Unemployment System (TxUS) Announcement. New System File Specifications for TxUS: The file specifications for TxUS are available on the TWC website. Please note, these specifications are for the new system only, which will launch in 2026.
